-promote IT hardware i.e. desktop, laptop and servers
-Generate interest for hardware and / or solutions
-Identify and diagnose the customer\’s critical business issues
-Identify a customer’s needs related to a specific offering
-Qualify the opportunity
-New client prospecting on the telephone – selling and marketing skills are essential
-Engaging and qualifying potential clients and providing information on the solutions offered
-Ability to build client rapport from a customer service standpoint
-Working with a database
-Other tasks as assigned
-Fluency in English would the criteria.
-Experience in speaking with customers via the telephone.
-Proven sales skills with previous experience in solutions selling and opportunity identification.
-Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels within an organisation.
-Excellent written and oral communication.
-Ability to work within a call centre environment.
-Ability to work as part of a team to meet set targets.
-Demonstrated experience in customer care situations.
RM2,400-RM2,600/monthly + EPF + SOCSO + Employee benefits
