JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Scope :

-To Plan, direct and coordinate Human Resources Management and General affair activities.
-Ensure the formulation and implementation of policies, systems and procedures relating to manpower planning and recruitment, training and development (develop the skills of staff), compensation and benefits administration, performance appraisal, employee relations and discipline management and sustain the corporate culture and Values of Essilor.

Job Description:
-Setting up rules and regulations for the company’s staff.
-Formulating, developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, systems and processes.
-Managing recruitment systems and processes to ensure efficient provision of employment.
-Overseeing manpower planning, recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance evaluation, training & development, counseling, and employee conduct and disciplinary issues.
-Monitoring salary structure and benefits provision to ensure a balance between cost control and attracting and retaining staff.
-Facilitating the Performance Management processes for employees.
-Managing employee relations and staff welfare issues.
-Providing consultancy advice to all internal parties on labor law compliance, tax and workman compensation law which is aligned to company policy and regulations.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any related field
-Good working knowledge of English (Read, write, speak with ease)
-Minimum 2 years experiences in Human Resources

Working arrangement:
Monday-Friday,9.00am-5.00pm
Half Day on Saturday (Alternate Saturday) from 9.00am-1.00pm
