Scope of Work :
1) Responsible and manage full spectrum of admin functions.
2) Able to perform customer service job function
3) Answer calls and attend to customers enquiries on our programme
4) Plan and arrange transport schedule
5) Provide support for mentors and classroom materials whenever necessary
6) Perform basic accounting duties and maintain all related records
Job Requirements:
1) Minimum SPM and Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent.Fresh graduates are welcome.
2) Pleasant personality with good inter-personal and communication skills;
3) Able to work independently with minimum supervision;
Skill and Specification :
1) Those with admin experience is an advantage
2) Those with basic UBS accounting system is an advantage
3) Candidates have to be computer literate (Microsoft Words & Excel)
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8.45am-6.30pm
Saturday: Whenever it is required
Salary Range :
RM1,800-RM2,500 (Depending on experience) + EPF and SOCSO
